Announcing the Radius Butcher & Provisions Box

We're excited to announce a new monthly subscription — the Radius Butcher & Provisions Box! Each month features a balanced rotation of raw cuts, marinated favorites, cooked specialties, and house-made provisions — all prepared with the care and high sourcing standards you expect from Radius. The monthly box is a simple way to keep great meat on hand and stay connected to the farms that make it possible.

Each box includes a mix of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb sourced from our local Texas farm partners that strive towards regenerative practices — Peeler Farms, Yonder Way, Greener Pastures, Pure Pastures. All raw meat items will be delivered frozen and vacuum sealed so they can be portioned across the month if desired. 

We have two subscription options:

• The Essentials Club ($120): 5–6 lb of meat, plus house-made provisions like dips, spreads, and stocks. Perfect for 4–6 nourishing meals for two people.
• The Butcher’s Choice Club ($200): 8–9 lb of meat, plus house-made provisions like dips, spreads, and stocks. Enough for 7–10 meals for two people.

You can add wine, sausage, and/or ground beef to any monthly order. And if you ever need to skip a month, that’s easy to do anytime. Pick-ups will be in store, with two pick-up date options. (Delivery potentially coming as well, still working on that!)
