Special Orders

Radius is a whole animal butcher shop with many relationships with local farmers, so we can fulfill all sorts of creative special requests.

To place a special order, reach out to us at orders@eatradius.com with your desired items and pick-up date. We prefer to receive special orders 72 hours prior to pickup. We will confirm your request and pick-up day over email.

Uber Eats

The most nutrient dense, cleanest meals delivered on-demand and ready to heat. Each 32oz entree jar is made with local, pasture-raised meats and organic ingredients, and contains ~1000 calories with ~100g of protein depending on the meat type. Entrees are delivered in glass jars and ready to heat at home for multiple servings. Eat along with one of our seasonal sides - salad, rice, potatoes, and more - for a delicious and nutritious complete meal.

Order Uber Eats every day of the week between 11am - 7pm. There are two ways to order — (1) On the Uber Eats app or (2) The Radius dedicated page which has lower prices and fees.

Butcher's Box

Each month features a balanced rotation of raw cuts, marinated favorites, cooked specialties, and house-made provisions — all prepared with the care and high sourcing standards you expect from Radius. Sign up for the Radius Butcher & Provisions Box here.

Beef Shares

We are very proud to partner with Elkins Cattle Co on quarter, half, and full beef shares. They are a wonderful family farm in Lampasas, TX that raises grass-fed and -finished Angus with award-winning genetics. If you have any questions or want to talk to us before placing an order, email orders@eatradius.com. Here's how the process works:

• Purchase your beef share through the Radius page on the Elkins website. 
• Once the payment is confirmed, the Elkins team will send you a selection form to customize your desired cuts. 
• Your customized beef share will be available for pickup at Radius approximately 3-4 weeks after the harvest date. This usually takes 5-6 weeks from the payment date, but it depends on processor availability. We will give you at least 1 week's notice before your pick-up date, and we ask that you pick up your order within 48 hours of delivery.
