April 2026 Update
Spring holiday pre-orders, pulp-fed beef, delivery services, Easter Sunday hours, open roles
Happy Spring! The shop is in full bloom with seasonal produce, flowers, and new offerings. Here are a few special events to look forward to:
- Spring holiday pre-orders. Reserve your Easter and Passover holiday centerpieces from a local farm. We have grass-fed and -finished wagyu briskets from Peeler Farms, pastured pork hams Yonder Way, and regenerative lamb legs and rack of lamb from Pure Pastures. We're happy to fulfill special requests as well. To place a pre-order, email us at orders@eatradius.com with your desired items and pickup date. All orders must be received 72 hours prior to pickup. We will confirm your request and pick-up day over email.
- Easter Sunday hours: We will be open from 10am to 3pm on Easter Sunday, April 5th.
- Pontious Ranches pulp-fed beef. We are very excited to offer a special limited edition product to our customers — pulp-fed beef from Pontious Ranches in Dripping Springs, TX. In addition to grazing grass, Pontious cattle are given organic fruit and vegetable pulp from nearby Alchemy Organics. The result is richer nutrient density and deep flavor. A limited supply of Pontious Ranches beef will be available at Radius starting Tuesday, March 31st (ground beef and ancestral blend only) and Monday, April 6th (limited cuts).

- Perishables Lead: The Perishables Lead is the first line of quality every morning — responsible for assessing, preparing, and presenting Produce, Dairy, and Bakery before open. The right person for this role takes pride in the details: a well-stocked floor, clean displays, fresh product, and a warm welcome for every customer who walks in.
- Butcher: Butchery is the centerpiece of Radius. As a butcher, you will be responsible for breaking, fabricating, trimming, and presenting beautiful meat products to our customers. You are a great fit for Radius if you're excited about customer service and communicating knowledge on farming practices, meat selection, and preparation.
- Part-Time Associate: You’ll be the friendly face our shoppers see at checkout and the helpful hand that keeps our shelves perfectly stocked. You are a great fit for this role if you have prior retail experience, love cooking, and want to share that love with others with a welcoming, teaching attitude.
Ongoing Programs
- Monthly Radius Butcher & Provisions Box. Each month features a balanced rotation of raw cuts, marinated favorites, cooked specialties, and house-made provisions — all prepared with the care and high sourcing standards you expect from Radius. If you’re interested in signing up, join the waitlist.
- Raw milk pre-orders. Pick up Four E Diary raw cow milk and Rusty Star Ranch raw goat milk at Radius every other Monday. Go to OneMilkAgent.com to place your pick-up order and select Austin - Radius as your pick-up location.
