Grass-Fed Beef Shares

We are very proud to partner with Elkins Cattle Co on quarter, half, and full beef shares. They are a wonderful family farm in Lampasas, TX that raises grass-fed and -finished Angus with award-winning genetics. Here's how the process works:

• Purchase your beef share through the Radius page on the Elkins website. 
• Once the payment is confirmed, the Elkins team will send you a selection form to customize your desired cuts. 
• Your customized beef share will be available for pickup at Radius approximately 3-4 weeks after the harvest date. This usually takes 5-6 weeks from the payment date, but it depends on processor availability. We will give you at least 1 week's notice before your pick-up date, and we ask that you pick up your order within 48 hours of delivery.
