January 2026 Update: Delivery Services
Delivery services and expanded prepared items offerings
Happy 2026! We have a bunch of great programs planned for the new year. Our top priority is to launch Delivery Services with an expanded Prepared Items offering.
- Instacart grocery delivery: Our full store inventory, delivered to your doorstep any day of the week. We're still dialing in the delivery radius; it should be from as far west as Lakeway to as far east as Bastrop, and as far south as San Marcos to as far north as Georgetown. Expect a separate email with full details about our Instacart launch in the coming weeks.
- Uber Eats meal delivery: Our menu of organic, pasture-raised prepared items delivered on-demand, ready to heat at home. The menu will be composed of our classic entrees that are always available, seasonal special entrees that rotate every two weeks, and a mix of staple and seasonal side dishes. Plus a tightly curated assortment of drinks, desserts, and snacks. We're confident this is the most nutrient dense, toxin low meal service you can find from the quality of our organic ingredients to the cleanliness of the packaging. Here's a taste of the first menu:
- Core entrees: Beef Bourguignon, Lamb Tagine, Chicken Chili, Pork Chili Verde, Mushroom Stroganoff.
- Special entrees: Beef Vindaloo; Sausage, Kale, White Beans; Sichuan Spicy Lamb; Chicken & Dumplings.
- Sides: Radius House Salad, Seasonal Roasted Vegetables with Lemon Herb Gremolata, Volgin Pickled Beets, Radius House Pickled Vegetables, Crispy Garlic and Herb Potatoes, German Potato Salad, Rice and Local Vegetable Pilaf, Amaranth and Chickpea Tabouleh.
Both services will launch by late January or early February. If you're interested in being an early tester for either or both services, just reply to this email. We'll pick the first 5 people who reach out!
Ongoing Programs
- Monthly Radius Butcher & Provisions Box. Each month features a balanced rotation of raw cuts, marinated favorites, cooked specialties, and house-made provisions — all prepared with the care and high sourcing standards you expect from Radius. If you’re interested in signing up, join the waitlist.
- Raw milk pre-orders. Pick up Four E Diary raw cow milk and Rusty Star Ranch raw goat milk at Radius every other Monday. Go to OneMilkAgent.com to place your pick-up order and select Austin - Radius as your pick-up location.
