Heart & Soil Pop-Up 6/27 + Ancestral Blend Special

On Saturday, June 27 from 10 am to 1 pm, we're hosting a pop-up at Radius in collaboration with Heart & Soil. They make ancestral, organ-based supplements for people who can't always get organ meat on their plate, and they think about sourcing the way we do.

Our Radius Ancestral Blend is local grass-fed wagyu beef ground with its own heart and liver. Humans have eaten organ meat for as long as they've eaten animals, and there's a reason: it's dense with nutrients regular ground beef doesn't carry.

It cooks and tastes like the ground beef you already use. The difference is what's in it — vitamin A that plain ground beef lacks, far more copper, and about double the B12.
