June 2026 Update
Summer produce, Father's Day pre-orders, and local butcher boxes!
June is when you really start to feel summer at the shop. Crisp and juicy watermelon has arrived, beautiful bunches of basil, and heirloom tomatoes are on full display. A few things to look forward to in June:
- Summer Produce: Watermelon, peaches, blackberries, eggplant, summer squash, heirloom tomatoes, herbs, and local flowers as well. If you've only ever had grocery-store fruit, just-picked local fruits are a different experience entirely.
- Father's Day Pre-Orders: Father's Day is June 21 and our dry-aged steaks are ready for it – aged in-house and cut to order. We have Porterhouses, New York Strips, and Ribeyes available. Email orders@eatradius.com to reserve.
- Butcher & Provisions Box: Each month our team curates a balanced box of raw cuts, cooked specialties, and house-made provisions – a way to fill your kitchen with the same sourcing and craftsmanship that define the counter. The Freezer Filler Club is built for summer: ready-to-heat meals and butcher staples to keep the freezer stocked through grilling season. Become a member or join the waitlist.
Call for Wholesale
We're offering wholesale for a few items — tallow, lard, chicken wings, and chicken drumsticks. If you run a restaurant, bakery, or kitchen that cares where its cooking fat and protein come from, we'd love to talk. Email orders@eatradius.com with the items and quantities you're inquiring about, and we'll follow up.
