Spring produce, beef shares, and a freezer filler special
May is probably my favorite month at the shop — peak Spring fruits and vegetables, vibrant local flower bouquets, and the last push before the summer slow down begins. Here are a few specials to look forward to in May:
- Spring Produce: Even though citrus and strawberry season will end, local peach, blackberry, and mango season will begin! Amazing local flowers and vegetables too — broccoli, summer squash, herbs, beans, tomatoes, and more. If you haven't had a just-picked local tomato before, you're in for a real treat.
- Freezer Filler Special: Your favorite 32oz ready-to-heat jars in a choose-your-own 5 jar pack. 5 jars for $99 (normally $23–$27 each). Only 15 packages available. Email orders@eatradius.com to reserve yours!
- Quarter, Half, and Full Beef Shares: We are very proud to partner with Elkins Cattle Co on quarter, half, and full beef shares. They are a wonderful family farm in Lampasas, TX that raises grass-fed and -finished Angus with award-winning genetics. If you have any questions or want to talk to us before placing an order, email orders@eatradius.com. Here's how the process works:
- Purchase your beef share through the Radius page on the Elkins website.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the Elkins team will send you a selection form to customize your desired cuts.
- Your customized beef share will be available for pickup at Radius approximately 3-4 weeks after the harvest date. This usually takes 5-6 weeks from the payment date, but it depends on processor availability. We will give you at least 1 week's notice before your pick-up date, and we ask that you pick up your order within 48 hours of delivery.

- Raw milk pre-orders. Pick up Four E Diary raw cow milk and Rusty Star Ranch raw goat milk at Radius every other Wednesday. Go to OneMilkAgent.com to place your pick-up order and select Austin - Radius as your pick-up location.
