September 2026 Update

September is a great month in Austin — back-to-school, football returning to weekend agendas, and (maybe) cooler weather in the coming weeks. A few Radius highlights for the September season:

• Mom & Pops Popsicles Pop-Up (Sept 5): We're hosting Austin’s favorite paletas, Mom & Pops, in the shop on Saturday, September 5th, from 10am to noon. Small-batch, real-fruit paletas made with organic ingredients. Come cool off and grab a pop.
• Football's back: College football has returned, and we've got the game-day spread covered — wings with various marinades, sausages, all-beef hot dogs, and house-made dips. Order ahead on Instacart and skip the line.
• Elkins Beef Shares: We are very proud to partner with Elkins Cattle Co on quarter, half, and full beef shares. They are a wonderful family farm in Lampasas, TX that raises grass-fed and -finished Angus with award-winning genetics. If you have any questions or want to talk to us before placing an order, email orders@eatradius.com. Here's how the process works:
  • Purchase your beef share through the Radius page on the Elkins website. 
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the Elkins team will send you a selection form to customize your desired cuts. 
  • Your customized beef share will be available for pickup at Radius approximately 3-4 weeks after the harvest date. This usually takes 5-6 weeks from the payment date, but it depends on processor availability. We will give you at least 1 week's notice before your pick-up date, and we ask that you pick up your order within 48 hours of delivery.

Call for Wholesale

We're offering wholesale for a few items — tallow, lard, chicken wings, and chicken drumsticks. If you run a restaurant, bakery, or kitchen that cares where its cooking fat and protein come from, we'd love to talk. Email orders@eatradius.com with the items and quantities you're inquiring about, and we'll follow up.

• Raw milk pre-orders: Four E Dairy raw cow milk and Rusty Star Ranch raw goat milk pickup at Radius every other Wednesday. Go to MilkAgent.com and select Austin – Radius as your pick-up location.
• What's New Menu on Instagram: Every other week we post our prepared foods specials, sausage specials, new in-season produce, and new CPG items. Follow @eatradius.
• Butcher & Provisions Box: Each month our team packs a balanced box of raw cuts, cooked specialties, and house-made provisions. Become a member or join the waitlist.
